Welcome

I’m Rana Bilal, I work at the intersection of justice, leadership, and collective healing. This space is for individuals, communities, and organizations seeking to lead from the heart, restore connection, and build a more beautiful world.

My Story

I was raised in Sudan, my home country—rooted in the richness of Sudanese community life and shaped by the realities of migration, patriarchy, and political struggle. As a young woman, I witnessed how conflict, injustice, and environmental degradation impacted not only systems, but also the bodies, minds, and spirits of everyday people—especially women. These early impressions stayed with me, quietly shaping the path I would walk.

I moved to the UK nearly 14 years ago, carrying with me the questions, contradictions, and dreams that continue to guide my work today.

I trained as a dentist and worked in public health and humanitarian fields in Sudan before moving to the UK. Over time, I began to realize that lasting change doesn’t come from service alone—it comes from healing. My journey led me to trauma-informed facilitation, leadership development, and the deep spiritual work of reclaiming power in the face of grief and displacement.

Today, I offer trainings and retreats that bring together science, spirituality, community wisdom, and the power of women’s leadership. My work is rooted in love, justice, and the belief that true transformation begins inside us, and must ripple outward through our relationships, institutions, and cultures.
